Driving Booth Traffic for Lightyear at ONUG

ONUG draws network and infrastructure engineers, an audience with a famously low tolerance for marketing. They do not stop for a tote bag and they can smell a pitch from two aisles away.

Gentry worked the Lightyear booth by giving that audience something it does not usually get on a show floor: a reason to be curious rather than a reason to keep walking.

The pattern is the same every time. Stop the aisle, earn a minute, hand over a warm conversation. What changes is the vocabulary, which gets built around the client's product and the questions their team needs answered.

Gentry has also worked Black Hat USA for Akamai, Gartner Security & Risk for Sygnia, and Port.io.
