Cognitive Analysis: Structured Thinking for Hard Decisions

Struggling with a difficult decision? Stuck between options, facing a major fork in the road, or simply unsure what to do next?

Sometimes more information doesn’t produce more clarity. You’ve considered the pros and cons, asked for advice, reviewed the facts — and you still can’t make the decision.

Cognitive Analysis is structured thinking for difficult decisions and consequential problems. I work with executives, founders, professionals, creatives, and individuals facing tough personal or professional decisions where judgment matters more than calculation.

Through structured conversation, critical thinking, reframing, and careful questioning, we clarify the real problem, examine assumptions and tradeoffs, separate facts from interpretations, and work toward an answer you can understand, own, and act on.

This can include business and leadership decisions, career choices, major life decisions, competing priorities, decisions under uncertainty, or any situation where you feel stuck and need to think clearly about what comes next.

Cognitive Analysis is not therapy, medicine, or a substitute for specialized professional advice. I don’t make the decision for you. I help you think through it more clearly.
